We use OE or OE-equivalent parts as standard. If you want pattern parts to save money on an older car, we will quote both and let you choose. The choice and the cost are written down before we start.
Our hourly rate is honest. We do not run a parts upsell behind a service plan. We will tell you when a part has 6 months left so you can budget for it instead of being surprised. The workshop is small, which means the same hands work on your car each visit.
